Peggy Coleman

Peggy Berkey Coleman was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland where she attended the Institute of Notre Dame High School and went on to attend The University of Maryland, College Park, graduating with a B.A. in English. After graduating, Peggy met and fell in love with Chris Coleman and was introduced to the family jewelry business. After working in the business for a few years, Peggy left to raise their children and to earn a teaching degree from The College of Notre Dame of Maryland. She taught English at Our Lady of Mount Carmel High School where she became the English Department Chair. Peggy now works full time at NCJ as general manager and inventory manager and teaches one AP English class every morning. She has her Accredited Jewelry Professional Certificate and is a Diamond Graduate from the Gemological Institute of America. Peggy is happy to be working in the family business especially now that her son Matthew and daughter, Amanda, are now there. (Peggy loves being a grandmother)
