It is our goal at Nelson Coleman Jewelers to satisfy our customers. Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase may be refunded within 30 days from the original purchase date by the original client when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any items that show wear, use or have been modified are not eligible for return or exchange. All warranty cards and explanation booklets must accompany the returned item. Sale items, special orders, completed layaways, modified and/or custom pieces are non-returnable or exchangeable. Gift receipts will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates and/or gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
We regret that special orders are not returnable and no refund or exchange can be made. All special orders require a 1/3rd non-refundable deposit. A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone, watch or gift item ordered or altered at the client’s request.
Most items may be put on layaway for a maximum of 90 days with a minimum of 25%. There must be a monthly payment activity and the item(s) must be paid in full by the end of the layaway period. Cancelled layaways are subject to a 20% restocking fee with the remaining balance to be issued as a store credit for 30 days. Completed layaways are not returnable or exchangeable.
Full purchase price will be given on all loose diamonds free of damage and previously purchased from Nelson Coleman Jewelers. New merchandise must be at least twice the original purchase price.
