Great story... To start things off, I have to say that my future wife is a reason why I know God exists. The night before we met, I felt an urge to pray to God that he would send me a good woman that would one day be my wife. The next day, this is what happened… We were at a coffee shop on the campus of CCBC Essex. It was right after one of my classes when a friend and I stopped by to have some coffee before we went our separate ways. While I was sitting there, Ashley and her friend Chris (a girl) walked in to the shop to have some coffee (this was like 11 am), and Ashley couldn’t afford coffee that day so she was just standing outside the door just waiting for her friend. Well, when Chris got out of line she started talking to my classmate, leaving poor old Ashley to fend for herself (man was that a mistake!). I am a prankster and sarcastic man in nature, so I decided I would pick on the poor girl, and make her feel slightly uncomfortable. I looked her dead in the eye, and did this…

Oh boy... she through me a curve ball... she was supposed to be at an easter egg hunt the day i was gunna pop the question... but she had to work that sat. and i had to re arrange all of my plans to make it all work... giving my letter to start her easter egg hunt to her boss... and it almost rained, but the sky opened up for our picnic the hour it was supposed to happen... kick butt!
