Dave and I have known each other since High School, became good friends in College, and then starting dating.

It wasn't exactly what I had pictured in my head, but I love it, it was totally quirky. I had accidently stumbled upon a tiny Nelson Coleman box in Dave's gym bag while doing laundry and knew what was in there (I did not peak even though I wanted to). Dave is not really the shopping type and doesn't wear any jewelry so I knew it was for me. Anyway, a pretended like I never saw it, but that didn't work so well. I was acting totally strange then starting to get annoyed because I would see the gym bag sitting there every day and wondering when he was going to do it. Plus our large dog, Bruno would stomp across the bag, our cat, Raven would jump into it, and all I could think about was the little box inside his gym bag. It was torture! So several weeks went by, and I blurted out something about getting engaged, by the next week nothing happened. Then another week went by (it was killing me) and he proposed in his car outside of our apartment with our dog in the car. I was really excited to

I love David more than anything. He is so sweet, kind, caring, giving, funny, quirky, adorable, adoring, loyal, smart, and handsome. I love that he loves anything that's blue. I love his pretty green eyes. I love how he's the only 27yr. old I know who drinks Fresca. I love how much he respects his parents and cares about animals. He is certainly a character and very set in his ways ... but I wouldn't have it any other way. David is the most wonderful person I have ever met and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him.
